The golf ball is not being registered because the launch monitor above can’t read the dimples on a single ball. Make sure you are doing all of the following:
- Make sure you are using a clean white ball so the launch monitor can read the dimples of the ball.
- Place the ball between the two indented lines on the turf and make sure the arrows at the bottom of the projected screen are green.
- Make sure there is only one ball placed between the two indented lines on the turf. More than one ball can confuse the launch monitor as it may not know which ball to read.
The launch monitor also may not register any insignificant shots. For example, a drive that only carries 2 yards.
