Starting My Game

There should be a small white remote on the desk next to the keyboard. Point remote towards the projector and press “on” to turn on the projected screen.

To turn on the screens, interact with either the keyboard or mouse. If neither clicking any key or moving the mouse turns on the screens please contact support at (513)-301-1404 for instructions

On the bottom monitor look for a yellow app that says Uneekor and double click it.

This should open a window on the top monitor that says Uneekor in the top lefthand corner and displays a bunch of tiles to select. Select the third tile on the bottom row that says GSPro Start Now. After selecting the tile your swing metrics should appear on the top monitor and the bottom monitor should open your game. Once everything loads, an odd white window with a bunch of numbers will appear in the corner of your bottom monitor. Just click anywhere outside of that window to make it disappear. Once you do that your suite is ready to play!

You first must select the X icon towards the middle/upper right corner of the screen (note that you should NOT select the X at the very top right).

After selecting the X, select GSPRO Start Now at the bottom of your screen. This should launch the course software. Make sure to not close out of the window that pops up after starting the course software ( it is used to connect to the launch monitor).

Issues While Playing

The golf ball is not being registered because the launch monitor above can’t read the dimples on a single ball. Make sure you are doing all of the following:

  1. Make sure you are using a clean white ball so the launch monitor can read the dimples of the ball.
  2. Place the ball between the two indented lines on the turf and make sure the arrows at the bottom of the projected screen are green.
  3. Make sure there is only one ball placed between the two indented lines on the turf. More than one ball can confuse the launch monitor as it may not know which ball to read.

The launch monitor also may not register any insignificant shots. For example, a drive that only carries 2 yards.

If you are still having issues after all of the following, call Tech Support at (513)-301-1404 to either help resolve your issue or transfer you to a new suite.

You should place the ball anywhere between the two indented lines on the turf. Make sure the green arrows at the bottom of your projected screen appear.

If attempting to putt, make sure your club on the bottom left is selected on “PT” to use the putter. Sometimes it may be set to a “L Wedge” instead of a putter.

How To's in Game

To play against friends in the same suite first select a course on the Local Match page. After selecting a course you should be directed towards Round Settings. From there you may select the + icon to add existing players, or select the Create New Player button at the bottom of the screen.

To play against friends in a different suite, one suite must host an Online Match. On the Online Match screen click Create and type in a room name. This room name will be used on the Join tab in other suites to join the room. To see all of the players in your room you can look at the “Players In Room” section at the bottom of your screen.

To skip a hole you must select the game menu in the top right and select Shot Options. After hitting that button, there will be a new button above your selected club in the bottom left hand corner that says shot options. This is where you will find the Concede button that skips your current hole.

To turn on mulligans you must go to Match Settings under the Round Settings page after choosing your course at the beginning of the game. At the bottom of the Match Settings page turn Mulligans on/off.

To play a scramble with friends you go to Round Settings after selecting your course. Click the Match Settings tab and underneath Game Mode switch from “Stroke Play” to “Scramble”. To start, all players must either be the same color or separate colors for different teams.

To change which tee box you are hitting from you must go to Match Settings under the Round Settings page after choosing your course at the beginning of the game. Under the Match Settings page you are able to change which tees are being set for the match. You are also able to change individual player’s starting tees under the Players page on Round Settings by selecting the arrows under the players name.

To switch who is hitting mid round you must select the different user’s name in the top left to choose the new player.

To rehit the last shot you must make sure your name is selected at the top left, then go to the Game Menu at the top right of your screen and click Shot Options. This will unlock a new button in the bottom left hand corner of your screen that says shot options, where you will then be able to click Rehit.

You’ll have access to over 2,000 courses, including dozens of world-famous courses from around the globe.

Depending on the amount of detail on the course, the time can range from 10 - 30 seconds.

Yes! You can bring your own food and drink or look to see what drinks and snacks our vending machine has to offer.

No problem — we have high-quality adult and youth clubs available for rent (while supply lasts). Club Sets are $10 and include both adult and youth in each locker. Simply book a suite with clubs to receive an access code for the lockers onsite.

We provide our own balls and tees in each suite; however, feel free to bring your own balls. Just make sure the balls are white with no striped line designs and are clean and free of scuffs.

Sneakers or comfortable closed-toe shoes work just fine. Spike-less golf shoes are welcome.

There are instructions below the TV as to how to work each remote in the suite for both streaming and cable.
