Clubhouse Golf Suites – Terms of Use

Welcome to Clubhouse Golf Suites! By using our website, booking system, or simulator facilities, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Bookings & Payments
- Reservations are confirmed once payment is received.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit. Members must cancel at least 3 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refund.
2. Suite & Simulator Use
- Guests must follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.
- Users are responsible for damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
- By entering or using our facilities, guests acknowledge that video surveillance is in use for safety and security purposes.
- Please always leave the suite in good order for the next guest to enjoy.
3. Age Policy
- Children 15 & under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Guests must meet any applicable age restrictions for alcohol consumption.
4. Liability
- Use of the simulators and facilities is at your own risk.
- Clubhouse Golf Suites is not liable for:
- Injuries or accidents resulting from improper use.
- Lost or stolen property.
- Technical downtime or service interruptions.
5. Food & Drink
- We do provide a vending machine with snacks and cold drinks on site for purchase.
- You are also welcome to bring your own food & drink for consumption.
- We ask all food waste, containers, wrappers, cans, and bottles are disposed of properly in trash cans and recycling bins onsite.
6. Intellectual Property
- All website content, images, logos, and promotional materials are the property of Clubhouse Golf Suites and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
7. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate use of our facilities for violation of these Terms or any unsafe behavior. This includes any improper use or physical destruction of our facilities, furniture, or technology.
- Repeatedly leaving the suite in disarray and/or not in good order for the next guest may also result in a suspension of use of the facility.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
