Monthly Membership Options

Option 1:

20 hours/month

Price: $550/mo.
Commitment: 3-month minimum; renews automatically

Includes 20 total hours per month at an effective rate of $27.50/hour.

Additional usage is billed automatically at 15% off standard walk-in rates.

32 hours/month

Price: $800/mo.
Commitment: 3-month minimum; renews automatically

Includes 32 total hours per month at an effective rate of $25/hour.

Additional usage is billed automatically at 20% off standard walk-in rates.

Carry-Over Policy:

Unused hours may roll over to a maximum of two times a user’s normal monthly allocation. Carry-over hours do not compound beyond this cap.
Clients desiring packages with more than 30/hrs per month can be arranged at the same average rate of $25/hr.

Annual Membership Options

Option 1:

160 hours/annually

Price: $2,800 one-time annual purchase; renews annuallyy

Includes 160 hours issued upfront at purchase, resulting in an effective rate as low as $17.50/hour.

Additional usage is billed automatically at 25% off standard walk-in rates.

240 hours/annually

Price: $3,600 one-time annual purchase; renews annually

Includes 240 hours issued upfront at purchase, resulting in an effective rate as low as $15/hour.

Additional usage is billed automatically at 25% off standard walk-in rates.

This plan offers the greatest flexibility and highest overall savings compared to monthly billing

Corporate Membership Details

Users & Allocation

Up to 5 named individuals may share hours. Each individual receives their own account. A Corporate Administrator assigns hours, using up to three different allotment levels across users. (example: 10 heavy / 6 moderate / 2 low)

Usage is consumed in 30 minute increments.

Suite Access

Included: Classic Suites (1–6) and the Executive Suite (7).
Links Suite usage is billed at double the hourly rate due to use of two simulators.

Fees, Billing & Cancellation

A one-time $100 setup fee applies to all corporate memberships. All memberships renew automatically unless cancelled via email. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
